Coordination Committee

In order to improve the organisation of the AG and the cooperation amongst the OCA, AGOC, IFs/AFs and the NOCs, the President shall establish an AG Coordination Committee to manage and implement the working relationship between such parties.

The Coordination Committee shall consist of One Chairman and a minimum of Five Members. The Chairman and Members of the Committee will be nominated by the President OCA.

The Chairman and Members will hold office till the culmination of the AG. The Chairman will be a Member of the EB.


This Committee will be responsible for:

a. to oversee and assist the AGOC in the planning, construction and implementation of the AG;

b. to monitor the progress of the AGOC and submit the reports to the OCA EB;

c. to inspect competition, training and other facilities and report its findings to OCA EB;

d. to insure that AGOC responds appropriately to the directives and views of the OCA, IFs / AFs and NOCs;

e. to act as a liaison between the OCA, AGOC, NOCs and IFs/AFs;

f. to supervise and advise the AGOC on the proper conduct of the AG keeping in the view the OCA Constitution and the Athletes requirements;

g. costs of the participation accommodation and related services to be provided by the AGOC;

h. after the AG to carry out an analysis relating to the organisation and execution of the Games and report such matters to the OCA EB;

i. the meetings of the Coordination Committee will be held as decided by the Chairman with the prior approval of the President.
