Amman, Jordan, November 25, 2019: The Jordan Olympic Committee welcomed the National Olympic Committees of Algeria, Palestine and Kuwait under an initiative to share knowledge and experiences as well as to identify best practice in a number of important areas. The visit, which was supported by Olympic Solidarity, enabled the JOC to share its key developments in recent years and the excellent progress that has been made. JOC Secretary General Nasser Majali welcomed the delegates on behalf of JOC President HRH Prince Feisal Al Hussein. Mazen Diab, planning and strategy consultant, then presented the JOC’s National Sport Strategy, which was launched in 2017, and shared its successes, particularly the improved performances at major international events. The presentation also included the JOC’s future plans, reaching as far forward as 2032. The JOC managers also made presentations on their own departments.
