Singapore, November 11, 2019: As Team Singapore gears up for the upcoming major Games, the three contingents from the 2019 SEA Games, 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games and 2020 ASEAN Para Games gathered together at the Tampines Hub for the flag presentation. Guests-of-Honour Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Speaker of Parliament and President of the Singapore National Olympic Council, and Ms Grace Fu, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, were in attendance to present the flags to the flag bearers - Samuel Kang (squash) for SEA Games, Alyssa Pok (short track speed skating) for Lausanne 2020 and Tay Wei Ming (badminton) for the ASEAN Para Games. The crowd also witnessed swimmer Tao Li and pencak silat exponent Muhammad Shakir Juanda's induction into the Sports Hall of Fame for their contributions to sport and the community.
